Definition of a Provider

A provider is defined as any third party OEM (original equipment manufacturer or distributor) of a software, hardware product or software service delivered or developed by any other business entity that is not part of MacPOSX.com

 

A provider may present or make available in their own interest to any potential client, any MacPOSX.com product or service to which MacPOSX.com is not liable for any incorrect or inappropriate misrepresentation or use of its software or information.

 

Product Definitions

Software

Third party software that is not authored by MacPOSX.com is subject to the respective provider's return policy.

MacPOSX software is subject to the MacPOSX.com license agreement.

 

Hardware

Any hardware sold by MacPOSX.com is provided with the respective provider return and warranty policies.

Hardware that is returned to us is subject to the MacPOSX.com policy statement.
